It's an AC42, all matching numbers including the magazine. The only odd thing is the serial number. This is two digits. A Walther would be marked "ac 43" as example. WWII P-38's were made in 10,000 gun "blocks". Each block was given a block letter code in addition to the serial number. The first block made in January of the year would have the serial number and markings: ac 43 0001. The block would run up to 9999.

Dieter Marschall addresses the topic to some degree in his "Walther Pistols Models 1 Through P99," from Ucross Books in Los Alamos. Keep in mind what was going on in Europe after the war.

Ulm proofed PPK/S in .380 from the '70s, with Interarms import markings, in LNIB condition typically close on GB between a low of $800 and a high of $1,500. Typical these days is right around $1,000 - $1,200. That's for perfect condition with all box, papers, etc. Note that GB doesn't represent average retail at a LGS by any means.
